These Terms govern access to and use of Project Genesis services provided by Velunthic. By using Project Genesis, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Project status

Project Genesis is under development. Features, availability, balance, content, technical requirements and supported platforms may change before and after release.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must not sell, transfer, impersonate, compromise or misuse another person's account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Project Genesis to cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, automate prohibited gameplay, interfere with service operation, harass others, distribute malicious content or violate applicable law.

Virtual content

Game resources, virtual items, premium currency and other digital content are licensed for use within Project Genesis and do not represent ownership of real-world property or redeemable monetary value unless expressly required by applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, legal compliance or operation of the service.

Intellectual property

Project Genesis, its software, artwork, branding, designs and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Velunthic intellectual property.

Enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, threatens service security or creates material risk to Project Genesis or its users, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Project Genesis is provided without guarantees that development builds or online services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
