Help with your Project Genesis account

Use this official support center for guidance on account emails, verification links, password recovery and suspicious messages. Project Genesis is developed and operated by Velunthic.

Account support

Choose the situation that best matches what you are trying to resolve.

Email verification

Verification links are one-time account actions sent after registration or when a new verification is requested.

  • Open only a link you expected to receive for your Project Genesis account.
  • Confirm that the page is hosted on projectgenesis.velunthic.com before continuing.
  • If a token is expired or already used, request a new verification email instead of reusing the old link.

Password recovery

Password-reset links are sensitive, one-time credentials. Treat the complete link like a temporary secret.

  • Use only the reset link you requested for your Project Genesis account.
  • Never send the complete reset link or its token to support or another person.
  • Project Genesis will never ask for your Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Apple password.

Email change

Email-change confirmations protect ownership of the destination address and must be initiated from a legitimate account flow.

  • If you requested the change, verify the official domain before confirming it.
  • If you did not request the change, do not use the link and contact Project Genesis support.
  • Do not forward account-action emails containing one-time links.

Unexpected or suspicious message

If an email, message or website claims to be Project Genesis but asks for unrelated credentials or sensitive information, stop the interaction.

  • Do not enter passwords, payment details, verification codes or one-time tokens.
  • Open projectgenesis.velunthic.com manually rather than following a suspicious link.
  • Contact official support and describe what happened without forwarding secrets or complete one-time URLs.
